We are looking for a friendly, customer focused individual to provide front‑facing, quality service whilst dealing with all enquiries to the College. Acting as the first point of contact for all students and visitors, you will provide information on a wide range of queries.
Responsibilities
- Provide front‑facing service and address enquiries from students and visitors.
- Direct students and visitors to appropriate individuals, services and locations.
- Use a computerised switchboard and other ICT applications.
- Order taxis and perform general administrative duties.
- Work cross‑campus as required by prior arrangement.
Qualifications
- Educated to SCQF Level 6 (Higher Level) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer‑focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
