Glasgow Clyde College is seeking an experienced and highly organised Curriculum Support Coordinator to lead and coordinate the delivery of professional, efficient and modern administrative support services across our faculties.

You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality faculty administration services are delivered consistently across our campuses, supporting students, staff and stakeholders while contributing to cross-college initiatives and activities.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of MIS, the successful candidate will lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality administrative support services across the College's Faculties. The post holder will manage and support the Curriculum Support Administrator team, ensuring the effective delivery of front-line services to students, staff and external stakeholders. They will coordinate student retention and monitoring activities, oversee key administrative processes including student records, timetabling and management information systems, and support the administration of examinations, events and faculty initiatives. Working closely with curriculum managers and support teams, the Curriculum Support Coordinator will ensure accurate data management, promote continuous improvement, contribute to cross-college projects and maintain the highest standards of customer service, compliance and operational efficiency.
