Glasgow Clyde College invites a permanent part‑time Lecturer to deliver a range of Occupational Therapy programmes and courses within the Faculty of Health, Wellbeing and Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality teaching and assessment in Occupational Therapy and Healthcare, using a range of learning technologies to deliver face‑to‑face and online distance learning.
  • Support students to improve engagement, retention, and academic success.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and ensure course content remains current and relevant.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain professional knowledge through ongoing development.

About You

  • Educated to SCQF Level 8 (HND or equivalent) or possess relevant practice skills and have direct Occupational Therapy experience, and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to a wide range of student groups.
  • Demonstrate excellent team skills, work collaboratively, and build strong working partnerships with the teaching team.
  • Show strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Have appropriate IT skills and be confident in using digital learning tools.

Salary: £41,833 to £50,359 per annum (pro‑rata)

Campus: Cross Campus
