Glasgow Clyde College is seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and innovative Music Lecturers to join our Creative Industries team. These roles will contribute to the delivery of our NC and HND Music programmes, supporting learners to develop their skills, creativity, and industry awareness.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality, industry-relevant education to aspiring musicians and music professionals. The ideal candidates will have experience of supporting and enhancing students’ musical skills using proven and structured approaches that develop technique, musicianship, and creativity.

They will have successfully led collaborative student projects designed to develop advanced skills in live performance, composition and/or music technology. The roles include planning lessons, preparing appropriate learning resources, undertaking assessment activities, and maintaining accurate records. There will also be full participation in internal and external quality assurance processes and student recruitment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work on their own initiative, and engage positively and effectively with students. You will support excellence in learning through the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment practices, and will be professionally experienced within the music industry.

Campus: Langside Campus. Successful candidates will be expected to work across all of Glasgow Clyde College campuses as required.
