The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 Β£ per year.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Development Officer to enhance the learning experience of the children within our Anniesland Campus nursery.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide a high standard of care to children up to the age of five;
- To provide nursery care for children in a safe, comfortable and stimulating environment;
- To work as part of a team to deliver high quality education and care;
- To ensure the welfare and safety of the children in your care;
- To contribute toward the monitoring and development of the service;
- To plan and implement learning experiences in conjunction with nursery staff team and Nursery management.
Requirements
- SCQF level 7 (HNC or equivalent) relevant qualification or relevant experience in a similar role;
- SSSC registration;
- Knowledge of the pre-5 curriculum;
- Experience and knowledge of collaborative working;
- Child Development skills;
- ICT literate.
Location: Anniesland Campus - however, there may be a requirement for you to work in one of the other campuses from time to time.
