The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 Β£ per year.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Development Officer to enhance the learning experience of the children within our Anniesland Campus nursery.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide a high standard of care to children up to the age of five;
  • To provide nursery care for children in a safe, comfortable and stimulating environment;
  • To work as part of a team to deliver high quality education and care;
  • To ensure the welfare and safety of the children in your care;
  • To contribute toward the monitoring and development of the service;
  • To plan and implement learning experiences in conjunction with nursery staff team and Nursery management.

Requirements

  • SCQF level 7 (HNC or equivalent) relevant qualification or relevant experience in a similar role;
  • SSSC registration;
  • Knowledge of the pre-5 curriculum;
  • Experience and knowledge of collaborative working;
  • Child Development skills;
  • ICT literate.

Location: Anniesland Campus - however, there may be a requirement for you to work in one of the other campuses from time to time.
