Are you passionate about helping people at risk of roughsleeping during the coldest winter months?
We are seeking an Assistant Manager who is motivated to tacklethe problem of homelessness, with the skills to lead passionatelyand create a safe and fun place for people to work.
The Glasgow Overnight Welcome Centre anticipates receivinghundreds of guests seeking refuge and a warm, safe place to sleep, and this role will be key in making it happen.

We are recruiting an Assistant Manager for a fixed-term post from 1 November 2026 until 30 April 2027.
The role is for 35 hours per week and includesproviding on-call cover through the night.
We welcome applications from people with lived experience ofhomelessness or asylum and immigration.
