Are you passionate about helping people at risk of rough sleeping during the coldest winter months?
We are seeking an Assistant Manager who is motivated to tackle the problem of homelessness, with the skills to lead passionately and create a safe and fun place for people to work.
The Glasgow Overnight Welcome Centre anticipates receiving hundreds of guests seeking refuge and a warm, safe place to sleep, and this role will be key in making it happen.

We are recruiting an Assistant Manager for a fixed-term postfrom 1 November 2026 until 30 April 2027.
The role is for 35 hours per week and includesproviding on-call cover through the night.
We welcome applications from people with lived experience of homelessness or asylum and immigration.
