Job Description

Role – Clerical Officer (Finance)
Location – GCHSCP, Commonwealth House, 32 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1LH
Contract Status – Temporary, up to 31st March 2026
This is an exciting opportunity to work within Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) in the Payment and Charging Team. The key responsibilities include making payments to service providers and service users, applying client contributions, and issuing invoices.
The Clerical Officer will input and update data in GCHSCP\’s Care First and SAP client databases. This is a front-facing role requiring good communication skills, flexibility, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in finance and client databases.
This position is excepted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).
The post is temporary until 31st March 2026.
