We are recruiting for 2 part-time Glasgow Life Activity Assistants to join our team at Kelvin Hall soft play, clip and climb and café. Clip ’n Climb Kelvin Hall is the ultimate indoor climbing centre with 15 unique climbing challenges suitable for ages 4 and above. Our circus themed soft play is perfect for all children aged 0-10 years.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers and processing admission at reception.
  • Working in our café, soft play, and Clip and Climb facility.
  • Cleaning and preparing the venue for the next day.
  • Assisting customers in the safe and effective use of the facilities.
  • Promoting the wide range of services on offer through excellent product knowledge.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Great customer service skills.
  • A playful and fun personality to ensure our visitors have a great day out.

Full training on how to use Clip and Climb and our systems will be provided. The typical working pattern is a set 3-week rota which may include one week of day shift, one week of evenings, and one week working the weekend. Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment. Please note successful candidates will be required to pay for their PVG Membership/or Scheme Checks.
