The Council is seeking to recruit a Commercial and Finance Manager to evolve the commercial and financial management of the Council’s contracts with multiple Managed Service Providers and other contracts, and associated financial planning, modelling and analysis. This role plays a key role in preparing and delivering future procurement activity.
You will be:
