As a leading Scottish children’s healthcare charity, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.

This role will provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive of Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive.
  • Anticipate needs, manage schedules and deadlines, and coordinate communications and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, correspondences, and presentations as required; handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and project support as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and information flow.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in common office software and tools; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
