As a leading Scottish children’s healthcare charity, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Supporter Care Executive to join our team. The role includes donation processing, data entry, donor care fulfilment and administration, answering enquiries to Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity by email, telephone and in person.

Experience of supporting Children, Young People and Families, and of relationship‑based practice to work alongside those affected by multiple adversities is essential. The successful candidate will be required to work with a high degree of flexibility to meet the needs of the service and as such the post holder may be required to work evenings and weekends.
Annual Leave entitlement for full‑time colleagues is 26 days per annum, increasing to 27 days per annum, after 3 years Barnardo's service, 29 days per annum, after 5 years Barnardo's service and 30 days per annum, after 7 years Barnardo's service. Those working less than full time are entitled to the same level of holiday pro‑rata.
The ability to buy up to another 5 days annual leave via our Buy Your Leave scheme. A host of family friendly leave options including company Maternity, Paternity and Adoption pay; together with all family additional leave options. Service related sick pay from day 1.
Access to a Group Personal Pension with a matched 4% or 6% contribution from Barnardo's. Ability to pay via salary sacrifice to garner both tax and NI savings on your own contribution. Death in service cover of 4x annual earnings for all staff contributing to our Group Personal Pension.

Do you have what we are looking for? Creative personality and passionate about working with children and families. Experience of supporting pregnant families and families with children of all ages (up to age 18). Team player, but ability to self‑motivate and inspire others.
In this role, you’ll: Support colleagues across Children First to use our systems confidently and effectively, helping them record their work clearly and accurately. Provide first line support for system queries, troubleshooting issues and working with our IT and system partners to resolve them. Maintain and improve guidance, templates and support materials, ensuring they are clear, accessible and up to date.
We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience in a systems support, ICT support or application support role. Confidence supporting colleagues with varying levels of digital confidence, using clear and patient communication. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. An understanding of data quality, information governance and the importance of accurate recording.
