Responsibilities:
- Drive the employer to appointments and errands.
- Support at hospital appointments – keep organised, communicate clearly, and ensure safe return home.
- Provide social support and companionship – steady, chatty when needed, respectful of quiet time.
- Personal care as required.
- Work in an environment where smoking is permitted.
Must‑Haves:
- Driver essential – own car and willing to drive to/from appointments/errands (fuel costs covered).
- Experience supporting someone with physical and mental health needs (essential).
- Reliable, calm, kind and able to communicate clearly.
- Respectful, patient and willing to work in a person‑led way (no rushing, no judgement).
