About the Role

I am a 12 year old boy who is looking for someone to hang out with and access my local community. I have autism but I’m full of fun and love socialising and getting out and about. I do have some health issues but my mum has arranged for full training to be provided. I have a car available for the right person to be able to get us out and about, full UK drivers license required to drive my mobility car.

Location

I live in the G33 area of the city and I am looking for a caring and outgoing personal assistant to get me out and about. I love watching and playing football, going to the zoo, cinema, swimming and trampolining so I’m looking for someone to help me do all of these fun things. I may need to attend some appointments and need help around school as I only attend school part time.

Responsibilities

  • Help with social activities and outings (e.g., football, zoo, cinema, swimming, trampolining)
  • Assist with appointments and school-related activities as needed
  • Assist with community access and engagement
  • Support safe transport and mobility needs

Hours and Pay

Hours of work: Minimum 6 hours per week up to 30 hours per week (dates and times negotiated at interview)

Rate of pay: Β£14.50 per hour
