Gill is a friendly and sociable person who loves staying active and spending time outdoors. She enjoys working on her allotment in the summer, takes part in a curling team during the winter and seeing family and friends in between. Gill values staying cultured and educated. She likes music and art, visiting galleries when she can and relaxes in the evenings with watching quiz shows.

Responsibilities:

  • Wiping down the bathroom after her morning shower.
  • General cleaning such as hoovering, dusting and taking out bins.
  • Shopping.
  • Additional hours will be used for other cleaning tasks that Gill needs support with.
  • Support medical care: check the condition of Gill’s skin, communicate with district nurses, and apply medications when needed.
  • Work alongside the current PA, filling in gaps and covering holidays, and collaborate on scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Medical knowledge or relevant experience in personal care.
  • Confident in communicating skin condition and interacting with nurses.
  • Ability to apply medications.
  • Female, sociable, easy-going and trustworthy (preferred).

Job Details:

  • Hours: 10 hours per week, worked over 5 weekdays.
  • Rates: £13.60 per hour.
  • Location: West End of Glasgow (G20).
