The Admissions Service is seeking to appoint an Admissions Administration Team Lead on a full-time, 6-month maternity cover basis. You will lead the Admissions Administration Team, contributing to the operational plan and goals by providing an effective, customer-centered applicant experience. You will support internal and external stakeholders with advice and guidance on admissions policies and processes, ensuring a cohesive approach for prospective students.

Applicants should be educated to HND level or equivalent, with proven experience in service delivery and KPI achievement at a supervisory level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, and strong IT skills.
