Glasgow Caledonian University is seeking an Administrator (Programmes) to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Directorate of School Professional Services. The Directorate prides itself on a flexible and responsive professional support service to enhance the student journey and meet the changing needs of School Professional Services and the wider University.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Directorate of School Professional Services, with tasks generally associated with programme-related activity.
- Contribute to a flexible and responsive professional support service to enhance the student journey and support the needs of School Professional Services and the wider University.
Qualifications
- Educated to HNC level or have equivalent relevant experience.
- Well developed IT skills and ideally a good working knowledge of University administration.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage conflicting priorities; able to work collaboratively; committed to providing high quality customer service.
