The Roles

  • Operations Coordinator: Be part of the operational heart of Glasgow 2026! Assist with event-wide planning, with significant exposure to key delivery partners such as Commonwealth Sport to ensure they are fully represented in the planning phase. You'll be a key part of delivering an event that connects us all, solving problems along the way and deliver the operations of the open period.
  • Marketing Coordinator: Help tell the world about Glasgow 2026! Support our marketing and engagement programme, coordinate mascot appearances, create engaging content, and track key milestones. You’ll be essential in showcasing the excitement and energy that the Games will bring to Glasgow and the Commonwealth.
  • Engagement Coordinator: Bring the people of Glasgow together! Work closely with local communities to share the Glasgow 2026 story, plan activities, and ensure the city feels included in this historic journey. You'll work with schools, grassroots sports groups, and youth organisations to engage and inspire young people and communities across the city.
  • Programme Delivery Coordinator: Be part of delivering the heart of the Games! Assist in coordinating workshops, tracking milestones, and ensuring key activities are on schedule. You’ll be an integral part of making Glasgow 2026 a success, ensuring all plans align and goals are achieved.
  • Event Operations Coordinator: Help make Glasgow 2026 happen! Coordinate event logistics, primarily across the Major Venues, create planning documentation, track progress, and ensure risks are identified and managed. You’ll be vital in planning the delivery of venues and ensuring all moving parts come together for a seamless experience.
