Glasdon International Limited is part of the Glasdon Group with companies in Europe and the United States and is engaged in the overseas sales and marketing of innovative environmental, recycling and safety products to overseas markets.
Due to our developing global presence and controlled growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and a committed approach to accuracy and providing administrative support. The successful candidate will be provided with full and comprehensive support and training.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide administration support for the export sales team.
- Prepare customer quotations and deal with customer queries via email and telephone.
- Process sales orders.
- Liaise with customers and the logistics team to arrange and track overseas transportation.
- Contact customers to obtain export compliance information and discuss finance arrangements.
- Check accuracy of export documentation.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- A real team player.
- Knowledge of export documentation and exporting protocols.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess good administrative, organisational and time management skills.
- Have a high level of self-motivation for problem solving.
- IT literate.
