The Role

GLAS is seeking a highly capable Senior Business Manager to support the leadership and execution of Sales and Operations across four regions. This role acts as the central coordination and execution engine for the commercial organisation, partnering closely with regional leaders to drive performance, alignment, accountability, and growth.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring priorities are translated into action, initiatives are delivered effectively, and leadership has clear visibility of performance, risks, and opportunities.

This is a high-impact role offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence the performance and growth of a global business.

Core Responsibilities

Run the Regions

  • Support the day-to-day running of Sales and Operations across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Maintain visibility of regional performance, opportunities, risks, and priorities.
  • Track actions, deadlines, and accountability across leadership teams.
  • Coordinate cross-regional issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Strategy to Execution

  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable regional plans.
  • Drive execution against initiatives, KPIs, and business targets.
  • Monitor progress and identify areas of underperformance.
  • Support corrective actions to improve delivery and outcomes.

Data-Driven Insight & Growth

  • Use data and performance insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Develop cross-regional insights covering clients, pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and support initiatives that drive revenue growth and commercial performance.
  • Produce clear reporting and recommendations for senior leadership.

Market Intelligence & Expansion

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through new products, services, geographies, and client segments.
  • Support the prioritisation and evaluation of expansion initiatives.

Cross-Regional Coordination

  • Connect teams across regions to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify, share, and scale best practices globally.
  • Drive efficiencies through consistency, standardisation, and reduced duplication.
  • Support the successful delivery of common initiatives across the business.

Business Management Support

  • Provide leadership with a clear view of business performance, priorities, and risks.
  • Prepare concise, insightful updates, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Support governance, leadership meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure focus remains on the highest-value priorities and actions.

Strategic Alignment

  • Ensure regional priorities align with the wider business strategy and Value Creation Plan (VCP).
  • Act as the bridge between regional execution and central strategic objectives.
  • Support communication and implementation of strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 4-8 years' experience in strategy, operations, business management, consulting, commercial excellence, or a related field.
  • Experience operating within complex, fast-paced, and multi-regional organisations.
  • Proven track record of delivering initiatives and driving business outcomes.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong analytical capability and data-driven mindset.
  • Commercially aware with a solid understanding of growth drivers and business performance.
  • Highly organised with strong programme and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and focused on execution and results.
