Glanvilles Damant are seeking a Litigation fee earner. Our preferred candidate will be experienced in residential and commercial property disputes, landlord and tenant issues, debt recovery, contractual disputes, professional negligence and contentious probates.

Your role will include (not exhaustive):

  • Managing your own mixed caseload
  • Providing legal advice and representation to a diverse group of clients
  • Assisting in cases under supervision
  • Dealing with telephone calls, enquiries and client office visits
  • AML checks
  • Preparing cases for Court including briefing Counsel, where appropriate, and Court Bundles
  • Drafting documentation appertaining to cases, in accordance with timescales set by the Court

Full time role; 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Salary to be discussed, dependent on experience. Immediate eligibility for firm’s Cheviot Trust pension scheme. After two years’ continuous employment eligibility for both Glanvilles Damant’s Group Life Insurance and Group Income Protection policies.
