This role will give you the opportunity to advance your career across many facets of the profession and it will give you opportunities to learn whilst working alongside senior management.

Candidates must have a solid consultancy background in Civil Engineering:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in Civil Engineering design consultancy
  • An ability to communicate effectively, writing clear and concise emails, letters and reports
  • Able to represent the company at meetings displaying competence and professionalism
  • Good commercial awareness and an ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in FLOW drainage modelling software and Civil 3D

This Civil Engineering team undertakes the following tasks:

  • Site appraisals, feasibility studies and pre-application advice
  • Development masterplanning
  • Site acquisition and due diligence
  • Flood Risk Assessments and SuDS solutions
  • Infrastructure design – underground services, drainage and external works
  • Highways design, Section 38 and Section 278 Agreements
  • Sewerage authority liaison, adoption agreements and requisitions
  • Earthworks, ground modelling and cut/fill analysis
  • Estate maintenance and facilities management
