CCTV Survey Assistant – Drainage role at Glanville Environmental. This field‑based position supports surveyors with drainage inspections, uses specialist CCTV equipment, and works on a variety of operational tasks across Devon and Cornwall.

Hours
Full‑time, Monday to Friday (45 hours per week). Some out‑of‑hours work required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist surveyors with CCTV drainage inspections and equipment setup.
- Support confined space entries and manhole surveys.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently on site.
- Maintain accurate site records and complete basic reporting.
- Look after tools and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for use.
- Work outdoors in a variety of environments and weather conditions.
What You’ll Need
- A valid CSCS Card.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good team spirit and communication skills.
- A practical mindset with problem‑solving ability.
- Strong timekeeping and reliability.
- Fit and able to work outdoors and in physically demanding conditions.
- Comfortable working near sewage and wastewater infrastructure.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in drainage, utilities, groundworks, or civils.
- Confined space entry training (or willingness to undertake training).
- Based near Newton Abbot and able to reliably commute.
