You will provide administrative support to the SHEA team, ensuring accurate maintenance of SHEA documentation, assisting with audits, and facilitating communication of SHEA related information across the company. The role supports compliance and continuous improvement in health, safety, environmental, and assurance processes.
More about the role:
- Distribute companywide/local SHEA communications as instructed by the SHEA Manager.
- Take minutes at scheduled SHEA meetings.
- Assist Head of SHEA in collating monthly SHEA performance reports.
- Maintain and update SHEA master documentation library on SharePoint, Reflow, and Activ.
- Support internal and external audits by collating evidence.
- Distribute Toolbox Talks, Alerts, and All Safe campaign materials; maintain records and registers.
- Maintain hazard/incident tracker, SHEA inspection tracker, HAVS exposure tracker, and working hours spreadsheet.
- Liaise with departmental managers to track and close out SHEA actions.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and organised.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proactive in maintaining compliance and supporting SHEA initiatives.
- Familiarity with document management systems.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Any SHEA or H&S related training (desirable).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Point (desirable).
