Our programme is designed to provide you with a holistic view of the water and wastewater industry by exposing you to various aspects of water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management through structured rotations. Commencing in September 2026, each rotation lasts for 6 months, during which you will gain experience in our Pre-contract, Design, Build and Asset Management departments and have the unique opportunity to experience a rotation in one of our sites in Ireland. Our graduates will become familiar with both our Municipal and Industrial sectors and gain both office and site experience.
