This is a key leadership role within Glanua’s growing UK water business, leading delivery of a major AMP8 programme for United Utilities. You will oversee a portfolio of complex treatment schemes including PFAS and taste & odour projects, ensuring successful delivery against regulatory, environmental and commercial targets. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering full lifecycle solutions—from concept and design through construction, commissioning and handover—while supporting programme growth and strengthening Glanua’s position as a trusted delivery partner.

- Extensive experience delivering water treatment projects in the UK.
- Proven programme or major project leadership experience (£15m+ schemes).
- Strong commercial, contractual and risk management capability.
- Experience delivering works on live treatment sites.
- Strong stakeholder engagement with clients and design organisations.
- Broad understanding across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
- Experience with advanced treatment processes (e.g. ozone, GAC, chemical dosing).
- Relevant project management accreditation (AMP practitioner or equivalent).
