Role Purpose

As an HR Intern, you will support Glanua's UK HR team across the employee lifecycle. You will gain practical experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, learning coordination, employee data, reporting and policy administration while helping colleagues receive an accurate and professional HR service.

This is a formal internship opportunity undertaken as part of relevant Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related studies. The internship is based in the UK and does not include rotations to Ireland or other countries. Working under the guidance of experienced HR colleagues, you will build practical knowledge of UK HR processes, systems, confidentiality and employment practice.

Graduate Programme Pathway

Students who successfully complete the internship will, if they wish to continue with Glanua, be entitled to an immediate offer for the Glanua HR Graduate Programme starting the following September, with no further interviews required, if an eligible position is available.

Glanua's two-year Graduate Programme combines meaningful work, structured mentoring and professional development. The HR stream develops experience across HR generalist work and specialist areas such as learning and development, talent acquisition and payroll, helping graduates build the professional skills and business understanding required for a career in HR.
