Primary Responsibilities
- Understanding client project requirements
- Understanding NEC contract and Framework agreement requirements
- Produce and maintain project programme
- Coordinate monthly updates from project teams including subcontractors
- Produce monthly reports for team & client including narratives
- Cost load and resource load programme
- Work with estimating and commercial teams on tender projects
- Produce monthly progress reports
- Monitor and track change control
- Liaise with project teams to baseline programme
- Liaise with client planning manager
- Monitor and track progress of project through all phases
- Compilation of weekly/monthly reports as dictated by project
- Issue monthly programme updates in line with contract requirements
- Monitor performance of subcontractors against programme
- Attend collaborative meetings with client and subcontractors and project teams
- Break out package of specific works as required by project team
- Report change to project manager for acceptance
Qualifications
- 5 years demonstrated planning experience
- Competent in Primavera P6; Primavera P6 certified or demonstrable experience
- Experience working within a multi-discipline team
- Working knowledge of NEC suite of contracts
- Demonstrable knowledge of construction methods
