This is a hands-on Social Media Executive role at the heart of the world’s #1 sports nutrition brand. You’ll be part of the UK social and community team responsible for how Optimum Nutrition and Isopure show up day to day across social platforms. Working closely with agencies, creators and internal teams, you’ll help ensure content is delivered with pace, accuracy and platform fluency from planning and approvals through to publishing, community engagement and reporting.
It’s a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of social, keeping things organised, spotting what’s landing, understanding how platforms behave, and taking pride in getting the details right. You’ll be exposed to major brand campaigns, elite talent, community programmes and cultural moments while playing a critical role in making sure social activity runs smoothly and consistently.
Responsibilities- Deliver Optimum Nutrition and Isopure’s day to day social content across social platforms, ensuring it is platform-first, relevant and aligned to brand priorities.
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns, launches and collaborations alongside the Community Manager and Head of Social.
- Maintain a clear, consistent weekly workflow with agencies to ensure priorities, deadlines and deliverables are always aligned.
- Maintain an active, responsive presence across brand channels by managing comments, DMs, tags and mentions.
- Coordinate creator activity across approvals, assets, posting windows and deliverables.
- Apply brand, legal, claims and disclosure guidance rigorously when reviewing content.
- Support organic and paid social reporting by coordinating with analytics and media partners.
- Assist with preparing topline insights and summaries for internal reviews and planning.
- Maintain budget trackers and documentation to support effective delivery of social activity.
- Proven experience in a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident written communication and ability to adapt tone of voice.
- Comfortable working with agencies, creators and cross-functional teams.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile and collaborative working style.
- Passion for fitness, sport and nutrition is highly desirable.
- Some weekend working and travel may be required for events.
