The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for supporting product commercialization for GPN owned and contract brands, ensuring regulatory compliance from concept to launch. This role is critical for achieving the growth objectives of the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Product Compliance to local regulations: Ensure formula, ingredient, and label compliance; create and manage label specification sheets; review current labels/websites; evaluate promotional materials; advise on nutrition & health claims; support product notifications.
  • Managing External Regulatory / Government Bodies / Customs: Respond to regulatory agencies; secure documentation; create product certificates; stay informed of regulatory changes.
  • New Product Introduction Support: Support product launches; coordinate with manufacturers; provide regulatory guidance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs within FMCG, Food, Nutrition, or Pharma industries.
  • Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and food supplement notifications in Europe.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and customs.
  • Understanding of EU and non-harmonized food law.
  • Passion for nutritional products and understanding of sports lifestyle.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and markets.
  • Research, analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a second European language is a plus.
