Brand Partnerships Manager- International

Join this dynamic team focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life’s journey.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to lead Optimum Nutrition’s flagship global partnership in hybrid fitness and turn it into a real engine for growth.

We see hybrid fitness as a new heartland for the brand.

It’s where strength, endurance and community collide, where the next generation of athletes are being forged, and where we intend to become the first brand they trust.

80% of your time will go on leading and activating this partnership through experiential and digital marketing that builds awareness, relevance and trust. The remaining 20% will support other key global projects.

You’re an accomplished experiential and digital marketer with a passion for sport, fitness and nutrition, and you’re ready to challenge convention and shape what comes next for the brand.

Optimum Nutrition is part of Glanbia Performance Nutrition, the world's leading performance nutrition company.

Primary responsibilities for this role will include

  • Build the global hybrid-fitness partnership toolkit: brand assets, messaging frameworks, and event, digital, and social playbooks.
  • Translate partnership rights, as defined by the Head of Partnerships, into practical, market-ready activation formats that give markets the ability to run.
  • Set the standard for what world-class hybrid-fitness activation looks like globally, equipping regional and local brand teams with the standards, training, and support to bring it to life at pace – without ever taking the pen out of their hands.
  • Rally content, digital, and social teams around a single, unmistakable asset library that powers activation everywhere the partnership shows up.
  • Partner with category and innovation teams to embed the partnership into NPD, co-branded SKUs, and sampling – making the brand's hybrid fitness ambition tangible on shelf, not just visible on screen.
  • Own the global activation budget outright, deploying it as the engine behind toolkit production, market activation, and content that gets this partnership seen and felt at scale.
  • Build the investment case each cycle – shaping how much runway the partnership gets, and how far its ambition can reach, working within the scope and terms set by the Head of Partnerships.
  • Prove the return on every pound spent, turning performance into the evidence that secures the partnership's future.
  • Define the KPIs that determine whether this partnership succeeds globally – the numbers leadership will judge the brand's hybrid fitness bet by.
  • Build and own a live, centralised dashboard giving leadership a real-time view of performance across every market.
  • Safeguard Optimum Nutrition's brand equity across every piece of partnership output, in every market, without exception.
  • Act as the final quality gate before any toolkit asset or market-adapted material goes live – the last line of defence for how the world sees this partnership.
  • The skills and experience you will bring to the team
  • Experienced brand marketer with strong digital and experiential capability
  • Rounded knowledge of the sports and fitness industry
  • Proven experience building scalable marketing/activation frameworks or toolkits for use by multiple markets or teams
  • Track record working cross-functionally through influence rather than direct authority – securing adoption from teams that do not report into the role
  • Strong project and production management capability; comfortable personally driving partnership execution without an immediate team to delegate to
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor at an international level.
  • Budget management experience, including building and defending budget cases
  • Digitally savvy, with an eye for content creation
  • Where and how you will work

The opportunity is based in our London (Vauxhall) office withhybrid working arrangements available, which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.
