The Strategy Manager will play a key role in supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives across PN International. Reporting to the Strategy Director, this role is ideal for a highly analytical, collaborative, and curious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving meaningful impact through strategic thinking and execution. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting into the Strategy Director.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an objective, in-house strategy consultant to help set our strategic priorities with leadership, architect mid/long-term strategic solutions, solve our most pressing performance challenges, and align/mobilize change across the business.
- Lead the development and execution of the organization’s multi-year strategic plan and oversee annual strategy review processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long‑term growth objectives.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and board-ready materials, distilling complex insights into clear recommendations that influence C-suite and senior leadership decisions.
- Direct advanced research, data analysis, and strategic synthesis to shape executive decision-making, proactively identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities with significant business impact.
- Own the design and delivery of high‑profile strategic initiatives, driving project governance, stakeholder alignment, and benefit realization across multiple business units.
- Champion cross‑functional collaboration, building consensus among diverse stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless execution of enterprise‑wide strategic projects.
- Frame and solve complex business challenges, leading structured analyses, hypothesis development and solution design that drive innovation and competitive advantage.

The skills you will bring to the team:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business transformation, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives at scale.
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Exceptional problem solving ability to be hypothesis‑driven, drive from analysis to insights and implications, be comfortable taking in data and input from a variety of different sources, and to be structured and logical in thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to shape and influence enterprise‑level strategy, synthesize complex information, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Highly organized and adept at leading multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with long‑term business objectives.
