Glanbia is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and structured problem solving across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Sustainability at the Tees Valley site in Middlesbrough/on site.
You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Site Leadership to identify losses, deliver measurable improvements and strengthen the Daily Management System, fostering a culture of capability and accountability on the shop floor.
