Glanbia is seeking an Engineering Performance & Reliability Manager for our Middlesbrough site.
You will own the engineering planning process, drive maintenance excellence, and lead reliability improvement initiatives across the site within a hybrid working model.
You will coordinate with the Maintenance Manager, Shift Engineers and CI teams to optimise PMs, RCA actions and CMMS data quality, delivering measurable improvements in asset availability and performance.
