Location: West part of the M25 and surrounding – no London work.

Salary: £48k-£58k (inc 1 hour/day travel) + van, paid travel, overtime.

Responsibilities

• You will be based from home with a van and cover the west part of the M25 and surrounding areas; London work is absolutely minimal.
• Contracts will include a gym contract, luxury residential homes and other commercial settings.
• You will be required to carry out service, maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• This role will come with opportunity for development for the right person.
• All work will be of a commercial nature – no domestic work.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of carrying out service and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems.
• Relevant ACS certification.
• Experience of working within a similar role previously.
• Excellent administration skills with attention to detail.
• Good customer service skills, be well presented and articulate.
• Self‑motivated, diligent and hardworking.
