Securex is a NSI Silver certified professional security company. They provide installation, maintenance, repairs & services across London & surrounding areas for homes, residential buildings, businesses, retail & commercial properties.

They are now looking to employ 1 apprentice. The successful individual will get the opportunity to work for an established local employer and become a multi-disciplined Fire and Security engineer. Initially working with an experienced engineer learning how to install, maintain, service and fault find, learning Security and Electrical skills. You should be committed to developing new skills and gaining knowledge of the industry. Watford would be their designated training centre for April/June induction.
Entry requirements:
- 16-21 year olds
- Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS
- Live local to E17/E10
Training to be provided:
- Fire Emergency Security Systems Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training in block release at their Watford centre. You will attend centre one week every eight weeks.
- You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your block release weeks at the training centre and gather any site evidence needed to supplement your studies.
- You will be required to complete an annual assessment at the training centre and take part in any additional training courses that the company requires you to complete.
