The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Digital Product Manager to take ownership of our rapidly growing learning platform. You will define and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring the platform meets customer needs, supports scalable course delivery, and contributes to our commercial success. Working closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers, you will drive platform improvements, innovation, and performance. This is a highly visible and impactful role, ideal for someone passionate about digital learning and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Ownership
    • Own and deliver the LMS product vision and roadmap
    • Prioritise platform enhancements aligned with business and commercial goals
    • Balance immediate delivery needs with long-term scalability
  • Platform Development
    • Define requirements for new features, integrations, and improvements
    • Work with LMS providers, developers, and third-party suppliers
    • Oversee testing, releases, and platform governance
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with commercial, operations, production, and customer success teams
    • Translate business and customer needs into product improvements
    • Act as the internal expert on LMS capability and direction
  • Performance & Improvement
    • Monitor platform performance, adoption, and engagement
    • Use data to inform decisions and improve user experience
    • Support commercial growth and service scalability

About You

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Experience working with LMS, SaaS, or digital platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset

Desirable

  • Experience with Absorb LMS or similar platforms
  • Background in EdTech, training, or learning & development
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, or reporting tools
  • Agile, Scrum experience/certification.
