This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to work with a broad client base, advising on a wide range of commercial matters while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied commercial caseload from instruction to completion
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advising clients on commercial risk, compliance and regulatory matters
