A leading residential property management company is looking to appoint an experienced Home Based Block Manager to manage a portfolio of high risk and complex buildings across London. This is a senior role suited to someone with proven experience in HRB and complex block management who is confident working independently while delivering a high standard of service to clients and residents.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of large and complex residential developments, working closely with internal compliance, building safety and finance teams to ensure all legal, safety and service obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of HRB and complex residential blocks across London
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, residents and key stakeholders
  • Overseeing building safety, fire safety and regulatory compliance
  • Managing major works, contractors and long term maintenance programmes
  • Setting and controlling service charge budgets and expenditure
  • Attending meetings, including AGMs and client meetings
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery

  • Proven experience managing HRB and complex residential blocks
  • Strong understanding of building safety, fire safety and compliance requirements
  • Confident managing major works and large service charge budgets
