Company Description

Glam Radio is a new radio station launching in South Wales on 1st June 2025. Our target demographic is 18-40, focusing on music from the 1980s to the present, along with local South Wales-based information.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Volunteer Daytime Radio Presenter at Glam Radio Wales. The presenter will host live shows during peak hours, broadcast music, engage with listeners, and present various topics. The role is based in Newport with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in radio hosting and broadcasting
• Skills in music presentation and engaging communication
• Knowledge of broadcasting equipment and software
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for radio and music industry
• Previous experience as a Radio Presenter is a plus
• A degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or related field is beneficial
