Our client is looking to develop an in-house service and maintenance HVAC/Air conditioning team and are looking for an air conditioning improver / HVAC improver. Working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances for retail and hospitality customers. You would work both alone and with another engineer, dependent on experience.

As an air conditioning improver / HVAC improver, you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits, etc. There would be opportunities to train and develop further as an air conditioning / HVAC engineer, as our client will be looking to develop your skills in service and fault finding, changing of compressors, etc. Covering the M25 area, you would be responsible for carrying out air conditioning service and maintenance on contracts for high-profile clients and household names. Overtime is available and plentiful.

Our client is in the process of developing an in-house maintenance team to service the equipment installed by the business, encompassing all aspects of service and reactive maintenance on a wide range of appliances including air conditioning such as AHU's, VRV's, VRF's, splits, etc. Operating a team of multi-skilled engineers across the UK and globally, our client is committed to training and developing their high-calibre staff. Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ. Experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously. Good working knowledge on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, Split systems, etc. Motivated and trustworthy. Must be looking to progress with a forward-thinking, up-and-coming business.
