JOB TITLE: Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer / Improver

SALARY: £28 -£34k + van/fuel card + overtime, bonus

JOB INFORMATION – Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer / Improver

• Our client is looking to develop an in-house service and maintenance HVAC/Air conditioning team and are looking for an air conditioning improver / HVAC improver.
• Working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances for retail and hospitality customers. You would work both alone and with another engineer, dependent on experience.
• As an air conditioning improver / HVAC improver, you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV\’s, VRF\’s, Splits, etc.
• There would be opportunities to train and develop further as an air conditioning / HVAC engineer, as our client will be looking to develop your skills in service and fault finding, changing of compressors, etc.
• Covering the M25 area, you would be responsible for carrying out air conditioning service and maintenance on contracts for high-profile clients and household names.
• Overtime is available and plentiful.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION – Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer / Improver

• Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ.
• Experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously.
• Good working knowledge on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, Split systems, etc.
• Motivated and trustworthy.
• Must be looking to progress with a forward-thinking, up-and-coming business.
