JOB INFORMATION – Static Engineer / Electrician The position is a site-based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical PPM’s including lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials, and any other electrical maintenance and remedials on site. There may be a small element of HVAC maintenance alongside an A/C engineer for annual servicing. This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of this new prestigious contract in Fulham, several luxury apartment blocks with gyms, etc., on one site. COMPANY INFORMATION – Static Engineer / Electrician Reputable and well-established Building Services company specializing in M&E Engineering including commercial gas and HVAC maintenance, electrical services, fire protection, and building compliance. The business has secured multiple new contracts and is expanding the team. Our client has excellent staff retention and is looking for someone honest and reliable to join their “family.” CANDIDATE INFORMATION – Static Engineer / Electrician The ideal candidate will have experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good knowledge of electrical systems. Experience and knowledge of PPM’s and site compliance. Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long-term opportunity; additional training would be offered to the right person. Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously and on contracts of a similar nature. This site is high-end residential, so requires someone with a professional approach, smart & well presented with excellent time keeping. We are looking for someone who is honest and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with the customers on site.
