JOB INFORMATION
The position is a mobile role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical & electrical PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves, boosters, lighting, electrical remedials and PPMs etc. Other building maintenance tasks such as fire alarm testing, emergency light testing and so on.
This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of a new contract including multiple new private apartment blocks.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION
The ideal Mechanical/Electrical Engineer / M&E Engineer will have experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with good knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC, mechanical and electrical service and maintenance. Experience and knowledge of PPMs and site compliance will be essential along with the ability to change/diagnose valves/strainers/pumps/pressurisation units/pressure vessels etc. Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long-term opportunity. Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously. We are looking for someone who is honest, professional and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with the customer on site.
