Responsibilities
- Maintenance works such as mechanical predictive/preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant
- Plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves, boosters, etc.
- Other building maintenance tasks such as fire alarm testing and emergency light testing
- Work on a new contract including multiple private apartment blocks on the same estate; easy access to plantrooms and parking
