PACKAGE: £45k - £50k basic salary dependant on skills and experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance works such as mechanical predictive/preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant
  • Plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves, boosters, etc.
  • Other building maintenance tasks such as fire alarm testing and emergency light testing
  • Work on a new contract including multiple private apartment blocks on the same estate; easy access to plantrooms and parking
