SALARY: £45K - £55k (dependent on qualifications and experience). Includes van, fuel card and overtime.
Responsibilities
- Based from home and working on a mobile basis, carry out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems.
- Carry out PPM schedules and meet KPIs covering high-end apartment blocks (communal heating systems) and offices.
- 24 hour rota for emergency call-outs (1 in 10).
- Utilise 23 days annual leave; van available for personal use.
