Following our appearance onDragons’ Den in March 2024, this is a really exciting moment to join our close-knit team. We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Executive who’s organised, detail-focused, and excited to support the daily execution of our marketing activity across digital channels.

What You’ll Do

This role will ensure our marketing is running smoothly across all platforms. You will prepare emails, update assets, publish content across platforms. You’ll be handling day-to-day tasks and working closely with the wider marketing team. This is a detail-driven role that pairs organisation with creativity, ideal for someone who has a strong eye for design, a passion for marketing, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish digital content across email, social, and web channels.
• Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Produce graphics and digital assets using basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Post and manage content across platforms like YouTube and Pinterest.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative output.
• Conduct UGC research and help identify suitable creators.
• Assist with reporting and social media trend research.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing team to support ongoing projects and daily execution.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• An eye for design, with the ability to spot what looks clean, consistent, and on-brand.
• Experience using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Confidence working with marketing tools such as email builders and scheduling platforms.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
• Enthusiasm, high energy, and curiosity with a genuine eagerness to learn and bring creative thinking to everyday tasks.
