Care Assistant - Grade 1 in Swansea

£13.50 to £14.50 per hour 100% Attendance Allowance: £0.50 Per Hour (Conditions Apply) We are recruiting care assistants to join our dedicated team, who share our commitment to providing excellent person-centred care and working with residents in our care home. Open to UK residents without any restrictions to work in the UK. Minimum requirements: • You must be over the age of 18. We also ask that you be: • Registered with Social Care Wales • Can work as part of a team. • Have a compassionate and caring nature. • Have the flexibility to cover shifts as and when required, fitting in around your personal life and commitments. • Reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and having a good sense of humour. • Able to provide a wide range of basic care needs to residents living within our Care Home In return, we have a variety of different contracts on offer. You can choose contracts of 30 hours or 36 hours per week, excellent training opportunities, competitive pay rates, reliability and performance-related incentives.
