Overview

We are currently looking for a nurse (RGN) to add to our team. If you are a nurse who values career opportunities and a positive team culture within a professional organisation, we are what you are looking for.

  • Flexible to work Days & Nights
  • We can offer contracts that work over 4 days, allowing for a great work-life balance.
  • Hourly Rate: Β£21 to Β£30 (Depending on stable employment record, current nursing home experience, clinical skills relevant to elderly care, Knowledge of CIW regulations, and staff management skills)

About You

We are looking for an RGN with a valid NMC PIN, a minimum of 5 years of postqualification experience and 3 years of current experience in a nursing home in the UK, and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC code of practice.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To take responsibility for our residents\’ well-being, including meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • To promote our residents\’ independence, choice, dignity and respect.
  • Leading, motivating and mentoring the care team.
