We are recruiting care assistants to join our dedicated team, who share our commitment to providing excellent person-centred care and working with residents in our care home.
Open to UK residents without any restrictions to work in the UK. Minimum requirements:
• You must be over the age of 18.
We also ask that you be:
• Registered with Social Care Wales
• Can work as part of a team.
• Have a compassionate and caring nature.
• Have the flexibility to cover shifts as and when required, fitting in around your personal life and commitments.
• Reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and having a good sense of humour.
• Able to provide a wide range of basic care needs to residents living within our Care Home
In return, we have a variety of different contracts on offer. You can choose contracts of 30 hours or 36 hours per week, excellent training opportunities, competitive pay rates, reliability and performance-related incentives. We can offer contracts that works over 4 days, allowing for a great work-life balance.
