- 1. You must be over the age of 18.
- 3. Highly motivated.
- 4. Can work as a part of a team.
- 5. Have a compassionate and caring nature.
- 6. Have the flexibility to cover shifts as and when required, fitting in around your personal life and commitments.
- 7. Reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and having a good sense of humour.
- 8. Able to provide a wide range of basic care needs to residents living within our Care Home
In return, we have a variety of different contracts on offer. You can choose contracts of 30 hours or 36 hours per week, excellent training opportunities, competitive pay rates, reliability and performance related incentives. We can offer contracts that works over 4 days, allowing for a great work‑life balance.
Pay Rates effective From 1st October 2026
- Basic Hourly Day Rate : £14.00 to £14.50 (Conditions Apply)
- Basic Hourly Night Rate:£14.50 to £15.00 (Conditions Apply)
- 100% Attendance Allowance: £0.50 Per Hour (Conditions Apply)
- Additional shift worked: £19.00per hour
- Anniversary Bonus (Yrs 1to 3) - £500 (Conditions Apply)
- Anniversary Bonus ( Yr 4 onwards) - £1,000 (Conditions Apply)
- Staff Of The Year Award ( Conditions Apply)
- Refer-A-Friend Bonus (Conditions Apply)
